2. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we made an error in the order.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will process a refund. Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to process, depending on the payment method used.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange an exchange or a full refund, including shipping costs. In this case, return shipping costs will be our responsibility.
